With a Master’s degree in Inclusive Education, he excels in creating differentiated and challenging learning opportunities that inspire success. After completing his PGCE in Primary Education at Leeds Trinity University in 2014, Philip honed his teaching skills, focusing on inclusive practices that empower every student to reach their potential. As Head of Inclusion, he continues to lead with a deep commitment to ensuring all students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Outside the classroom, Philip is an accomplished musician, enjoying playing the piano and singing, and is actively involved in school events. A keen rugby enthusiast, he represented his county at the junior level and remains an integral part of the school's Co-Curricular programme, coaching rugby teams and supporting after-school clubs.
