At GEMS Founders School – Dubai South, we believe that happy children learn best. Our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provides a nurturing, play-based environment where every child is supported to Grow, Flourish, and Discover You.

With one teacher and one teaching assistant in every class, we ensure that each child receives the care, attention, and encouragement they need. Our British-qualified staff create exciting learning opportunities that balance structured teaching with imaginative play, both indoors and outdoors.

The EYFS curriculum is built around seven areas of development – from communication, language, and physical growth to literacy, maths, creativity, and understanding the world. Every activity is carefully planned to spark curiosity, develop confidence, and celebrate individuality.

At GFD, play is more than fun – it is how children learn, explore, and make sense of the world. Through a mix of child-led discovery and guided activities, our students develop the essential skills and love of learning that set the foundation for future success.
